Why use 3D Modelling?

 

  • Create a suitable solid surface model for CFD/FEA analysis
  • Show component fit when applied to an assembly
  • Generate "Real View" design models to show in design and marketing presentations
  • Produce surface model to compare final manufactured component against to check conformity
  • Generate suitable surface model to generate cutter paths for machining work
