  • Professional Training from Paul Breheny at Derby College
  • 3 Weekly Power Lifting sessions in a group of 6 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
  • Monthly Seminar on Nutrition, Training Theory and Mindset 

 

How long does it take?

 

  • Recommended 3 months minimum for substantial improvements
